NOTICE OF 2026 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGThe Parksville-Qualicum Fish & Game Association (“PQFG”) will be holding a General Meeting followed by our 2026 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) on Tuesday, March 10, 2025 at 7 PM at the Dorman Range Club House, 1979 Dorman Rd., Qualicum Beach, BC.
The Agenda for this AGM includes:
- Motion to approve the minutes of the previous AGM held February 25, 2025;
- Motion to approve the 2025 Year End Financial Report prepared by accountants New Heights Accounting;
- Motion to approve the proposed PQFG budget for 2026;
- Motion to appoint a club representative to the Board of Harbour Authority of French Creek for 1 year;
- Motion to approve the signing Authority of President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary;
- Election of Directors and Officers (By Acclamation);
