NOTICE OF 2021 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Parksville-Qualicum Fish & Game Association ("PQFG") will be holding its Annual General Meeting on March 24, 2021, at 7 PM. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic restrictions implemented by the BC Government, this meeting will be held by Zoom videoconferencing service.

Members in good standing may choose to participate in the meeting via their personal computer, tablet, or smartphone. A maximum of 100 invited participants will be permitted to join the videoconference due to the limitations of the Zoom account PQFG has obtained. If you wish to participate, please forward your intention to our Treasurer's email address: lynnebonnell@shaw.ca at least one week before March 24, 2021.

Prior to the meeting, the participating members will be emailed copies of documents including the AGM Agenda, the minutes of the previous AGM held February 26, 2020, the 2020 Year End Financial Report prepared by professional accountants McIntosh, Norton Williams, the PQFG proposed budget for 2021, and other documents which require the approval of the General Membership, the Terms of Reference for the Henry Range Committee, the Code of Conduct Policy, and the Donations Policy.
