The Parksville-Qualicum Fish & Game Association (“PQFG”) will be holding a General Meeting followed by our 2025 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at 7 PM at the Dorman Range Club House, 1979 Dorman Rd., Qualicum Beach, BC.

The Agenda for this AGM includes:

1. Motion to approve the minutes of the previous AGM held February 27, 2024;
   
2. Motion to approve the 2024 Year End Financial Report prepared by accountants New Heights Accounting;
   
3. Motion to approve the proposed PQFG budget for 2025;
   
4. Motion to appoint a club representative to the Board of Harbour Authority of French Creek for 1 year;
   
5. Motion to approve the signing Authority of President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary;
   
6. Election of Directors and Officers (By Acclamation);
   

Our Club is still in need of a Treasurer and the position of Secretary is now open.
