National Range Day - 2022 Report
National Range Day June 4th, open house at the Henry Range was a great success.
The day started for volunteers at 8:00 am giving us a few hours to set up.
We had archery beside the pistol range, rim fire rifle and handgun at the handgun ranges, center fire rifle and black powder at the 100 yard range.
At 10:00 am the participants started to arrive and signed in with their names and phone numbers and an option to provide emails if they wanted to be contacted by us.
Participants came hoping to try a particular venue but most participated in all the various events.
There were individuals, couples, families, and some dignitaries all had a great time and enjoyed the burgers and hot dogs that we served.
I want to thank all the volunteers that have made huge improvements with our facility over the many months. Many of those same individuals, as well as too many others to list, helped the 130 participants have a great experience. We gained new members from this event and helped bring awareness to what the PQFG has to offer. I thank all of you for your efforts.
