Please be advised that the Parksville-Qualicum Fish & Game Association ("PQFG") will be holding its 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 7 PM at the Rotary House, located at the corner of Fern and Beach Roads, Qualicum Beach.

We will be following the January 27, 2022 Provincial Health Officer's Orders for Gatherings and Events, and the rules set out in the rental agreement with the Rotary House. Attendees are required to provide proof of vaccination with a vaccine card and photo ID.

All PQFG Members in good standing will receive notice via their email address (through Mail Chimp), or by regular mail if no email address on file, to participate in the meeting.

The Agenda for this AGM will include:

1. Approval of the minutes of the previous AGM held March 24, 2021;


2. Approval of the 2021 Year End Financial Report prepared and presented by Jason Moore of the professional accountants McIntosh, Norton & Williams;


3. Approval of the proposed PQFG budget for 2022;


4. Approval of the increase in PQFG Membership dues to be implemented for the 2023 membership year, with the exception of Junior memberships, as follows:
   
   • An increase of $30 for Regular memberships from $85 to $115, Senior memberships from $75 to $105, and Regular Family memberships from $95 to $125; and
   
   
   • An increase of $35 for Senior Family memberships from $90 to $125, to bring those dues up to the same amount as Regular Family dues;



5. Appointment of a club representative to the Board of Harbour Authority of French Creek for 1 year;


6. Approval of signing Authority of President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary;


7. Election of Directors and Officers;
